The building and rooms are nice, and the location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and eateries.

The hotel was a fabulous base for sightseeing in Hanoi. I had much fun and met extremely friendly and extraordinarily friendly staff with their service. The breakfast was savoury and amazing, had plenty of food like coffee, tea, toast, and butter.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and practical, and they come with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and an individual safe. The location is particularly good, right next door to the Old Quarter. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel had a comfortable twin/double room with a nice bathroom and beds. The staff were caring and provided great service. The hotel's central location made it easy to access tourist spots, the old town, and Hoan Kiem Lake.

we stayed in a great value and reasonably large room with bathroom, comfortable beds, for example. this accommodation had a central setting to the areas we was exploring. all the employees were very amiable and competent.

All in all room was extremely spacious and quiet; also provided a walk-in shower. The service was excellent throughout our stay...

Location: the hotel was just next door to the Old Quarter of Hanoi and most attractions like the Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street Eateries and the famous lake located in the old quarter. Hoan Kiem district was worth exploring.
